- allows the ashes to be placed in a sacred place such as a buried in a cemetery, placed in a crypt, columbarium niche, or mausoleum.
- permits burial at sea in a container that sinks to the bottom of the sea and does not release the cremains.
- cremains can be kept at home in an urn temporarily until it can be buried in a cemetery, placed in a crypt, columbarium niche, or mausoleum.
- cremains cannot be divided up and not be made into jewelry, diamonds, cremation art or be on display in any other form.
- cremains cannot be scattered on the sea, from the air, or on the ground.
